Trading Password FAQ

1. What is a PantherTrade trading password?

A PantherTrade trading password is a 6-digit password for identity verification when you place an order or conduct other operations concerning funds.
 

2. How do I change my trading password? (You must remember your current password)

To change your trading password, please open the app, go to Me > Settings > Trade > Trading Password, enter your current trading password, and set a new password. 
The new password will take effect immediately once it is set successfully.
 

3. How do I reset my trading password? (You forgot your current password)

To reset your trading password, please contact our customer service via email at support@panthertrade.com.
