How to set up an authenticator app on PantherTrade?

1. Download an authenticator app like Google Authenticator on your phone. These apps are free on the App Store or Google Play.

2. Log in to your crypto account > Avatar in the top right corner > Account and Security > Account Settings > Authenticator > Enable

3. Use the authenticator app to scan the QR code. The app will automatically generate a six-digit one-time code.

4. Enter the code to complete the binding process.

What should I do if the authenticator code expires?

▸ Refresh the code: Codes update every 30 seconds. If the current code expires, wait a few seconds for the app to refresh and generate a new code.

▸ Ensure the time is synchronized: Check your phone's time settings to ensure accuracy and sync with network time.

▸ Contact exchange support: If the issue persists, contact support@panthertrade.com. Provide your account information and the problem you are facing, and customer service will assist you in resolving the issue.
