Dear PantherTrade Users,

To continuously enhance platform stability and optimize the overall platform experience, PantherTrade will conduct a Wallet system upgrade on 15 Sep 2026.

System Upgrade Schedule

• Scheduled Maintenance Period: Starting from September 15, 2026, at 18:00 (UTC+8) until further notice.

Impact on Related Token (SOL) Services During the Upgrade

• Deposit Services: Suspended
• Withdrawal Services: Unaffected
• Add Wallet Address to Whitelist Function: Suspended
• Other Platform Services (including SOL trading pairs and deposit and withdrawal services for other tokens) will continue to operate normally.

Recommended Actions

• Please note that platform services may be subject to intermittent disruption during system maintenance. To avoid delays to account transactions and operations, advance arrangements are recommended.
• All functions will automatically and fully resume after the maintenance is completed, and further separate notice will be issued.

PantherTrade reserves the right to adjust the maintenance schedule and duration where reasonably necessary to ensure system security and stability. Should there be any adjustment to the maintenance schedule or scope of impact, we will promptly update you through our official channels.
