Important Notice: PantherTrade Main-site System Upgrade

To enhance your trading experience and improve system stability, PantherTrade will conduct a main-site system upgrade starting February 28, 2026 at 10:00 (GMT+8). During the upgrade, trading services on the PantherTrade web platform, as well as fiat deposit/withdrawal services and virtual asset deposit/withdrawal services, will be temporarily suspended. Services are expected to gradually resume from February 28, 2026 at 16:00 (GMT+8). Below are the key details:

Upgrade Timeline

• Main-site System Upgrade Start Time: February 28, 2026 at 10:00 (GMT+8)
• Estimated Gradual Service Resumption: From February 28, 2026 at 16:00 (GMT+8)

During the Upgrade (Service Suspension Scope)

Users will not be able to submit account opening applications, configure account personnel permissions, conduct trading activities (such as placing orders, canceling orders, and enquiring trading orders), process fiat currency and virtual asset deposit/withdrawal instructions, or add new wallet addresses to the whitelist.

Key Information to Note

1. Unfilled Trading Orders: Any trading orders not completed by 09:30 (GMT+8) on February 28, 2026 will be automatically cancelled. No new trading instructions will be accepted until services resume after the upgrade.

2. Fiat deposit & withdrawal arrangements:

1. Fiat deposit service: Local deposit instructions that are not completed before 09:30 (GMT+8) on February 28, 2026 will be processed and credited in chronological order after services resume. Processing of non-local deposit instructions is available during business hours only, from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+8).
2. Fiat withdrawal service: This upgrade is scheduled outside fiat withdrawal service hours and therefore will not affect fiat withdrawal services. Fiat withdrawal service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (GMT+8).

3. Virtual asset deposit & withdrawal arrangements:

1. Uncompleted deposit / withdrawal requests: Any virtual asset withdrawal requests not completed before 09:30 (GMT+8) on 28 February 2026 will continue to be processed in submission order once the platform resumes.
2. Wallet addresses pending verification: During the upgrade, the status of wallet addresses on the wallet list will remain unchanged. Users may check the latest verification status on the web platform after services resume.

Recommendations

• Please allow sufficient time and complete any necessary fund arrangements and trading activities in advance of the upgrade.
• Actual service resumption time may be adjusted depending on maintenance progress. We will notify you once the system upgrade is complete. Please refer to our subsequent announcements for updates.
