Important Announcement: PantherTrade Virtual Asset Deposit and Withdrawal Service Suspension (20260419)

To enhance the trading experience, PantherTrade will conduct a wallet system upgrade starting from 10:00 (GMT+8) on April 19, 2026. During the upgrade, virtual asset deposit and withdrawal services will be suspended. Due to the upgrade arrangements, virtual asset withdrawal services will be suspended from 08:00 (GMT+8) on April 19, 2026, and deposit services will be suspended from 10:00 (GMT+8) on April 19, 2026. Wallet-related services are expected to gradually resume from 18:00 (GMT+8) on April 21, 2026. Please note the following specific arrangements:

 

Wallet Upgrade Schedule

 •  Withdrawal Service Suspension Time: Starting from 08:00 (GMT+8) on April 19, 2026
 •  Deposit Service Suspension Time: Starting from 10:00 (GMT+8) on April 19, 2026
 •  Wallet System Upgrade Time: Starting from 10:00 (GMT+8) on April 19, 2026
 •  Expected Gradual Resumption of Deposit and Withdrawal Services: 18:00 (GMT+8) on April 21, 2026

 

During the Upgrade

 • Virtual Asset Deposit and Withdrawal Services: Suspended
 • Add Wallet Address to Whitelist Function: Suspended
 • Incomplete Deposit and Withdrawal Arrangements: Deposit and withdrawal orders not completed before 10:00 (GMT+8) on April 19, 2026 will be processed in the order of instruction submission time after services resume.
 • Wallet Addresses Pending Verification: During the upgrade, the wallet status on the wallet list will not change; users can check the latest verification status of wallet addresses on the web platform after service resumption. Incomplete wallet address verification instructions initiated before the upgrade will be processed in the order of submission time after the platform reopens.
 • Other Platform Services (including viewing transaction information and placing orders, fiat currency deposits and withdrawals, account personnel management, completing account opening applications, etc.) will continue to operate normally.

 

Operational Recommendations

 • Prior to this wallet upgrade, please allow sufficient time to complete necessary transactions and operational arrangements in advance.
 • Virtual asset deposit and withdrawal services will automatically resume after the wallet system upgrade is completed, and no separate notification will be issued at that time. If there are adjustments to the upgrade schedule or changes in the scope of impact, we will promptly publish updated announcements through official channels.
