Project Introduction: USDC is a USD stablecoin issued by Circle and designed to maintain a 1:1 value peg to the US dollar. USDC issuance and redemption are backed by fiat reserves and it is commonly used for on-chain payments, trading settlement, value transfer and USD-denominated asset allocation.

Non-Exercise of Voting Rights: PantherTrade does not exercise voting rights associated with virtual assets on behalf of its clients. The role of PantherTrade is strictly to provide a trading platform for these assets, not to participate in the governance of any assets that may confer voting rights.
Clients' Exercise of Voting Rights: Clients who wish to exercise any voting rights associated with their virtual assets are required to withdraw the respective assets from our platform.
