How to enable SMS verification?

SMS verification is enabled by default. The mobile phone number you provided during account opening will be used to receive SMS verification codes.

How long is the SMS verification code valid?

SMS verification codes are typically valid for a short period, usually three-five minutes. Please verify as soon as you receive the code.

What should I do if I don't receive the SMS verification code?

Network issues or weak signal may cause the SMS to fail. Try switching to a better network or a location with stronger signal and request the code again. If you still cannot receive the SMS code despite normal network conditions, contact support@panthertrade.com. Provide your account information and the issue you are facing, and customer service will assist you in resolving the problem.
