Important Announcement: PantherTrade System Optimization and Upgrade (20260421)

Dear Valued Users,

To continuously enhance platform stability and trading experience, and to provide you with safer and smoother services, PantherTrade will conduct a system upgrade on 21 April 2026, 15:00–16:00 (GMT+8).

Upgrade Maintenance Window

  • Maintenance Period: 21 April 2026, 15:00–16:00 (GMT+8)

Scope of Impact

During the maintenance window, the system may experience one or more brief service interruptions (approximately 1–4 seconds each). This is a normal part of the upgrade process. During these short interruptions, the following functions may be temporarily affected:

  • Order Placement: Unable to place, modify, or cancel orders
  • Trading Limit Display: Unable to display exposure Limit, used limit, and remaining limit
  • Asset Operations: Unable to view account balances or conduct fund transfers

All affected functions will resume automatically once the maintenance is complete. Apart from the above, all other platform functions will continue to operate normally throughout the upgrade.

Recommended Actions

We recommend avoiding order placement, asset adjustments, and risk control–related operations during the above maintenance window to prevent any potential impact.

Upon completion of the system upgrade, all functions will automatically resume — no further notification will be issued.

PantherTrade reserves the right to adjust the maintenance schedule and duration where reasonably necessary to ensure system security and stability. Should there be any adjustment to the maintenance schedule or scope of impact, we will promptly update you through our official channels. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your trust, patience, and cooperation.
