1. Check out our Help Center, where you can search by category or keyword for solutions. To access the Help Center, you can either: 
    a. Visit our website and click Help Center; or 
    b. Open the PantherTrade app and tap Me > Help Center.

2. If you still have questions, you can contact our customer service at support@panthertrade.com. We will get to you within three working days.

3. If you are not satisfied with our platform, service or customer service staff, and would like to raise a complaint, please contact complaints@panthertrade.com. We will get to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
