Important Notice: PantherTrade Fiat Currency Deposit Service Suspension

Announcement Date: 2026-03-06

 

Due to a required system upgrade by Standard Chartered Bank. PantherTrade will suspend banking fiat currency deposit services starting from March 6, 2026 at 22:00 (GMT+8). Services are expected to be gradually restored by March 8, 2026 at 16:00 (GMT+8). Details are as follows:

● Banking Deposit Service Suspension: Commencing March 6, 2026 at 22:00 (GMT+8)

● Expected Service Restoration: By March 8, 2026 at 16:00 (GMT+8)

● Fiat Currency Deposit Service Arrangement: From March 6, 2026, 22:00 (GMT+8) until system maintenance is completed:

Transfers initiated via Standard Chartered Bank: The bank will reject deposit instructions submitted by clients through any means (including but not limited to API, online banking, and over-the-counter services) until the bank system is restored.

Transfers initiated via other banks: Standard Chartered Bank's system will be unable to process incoming funds in real-time. The bank will process these transactions sequentially after system maintenance is completed.

● Fiat Currency Withdrawal Service Arrangements: This bank system upgrade is scheduled outside fiat currency withdrawal service hours and will not affect withdrawal services. Fiat currency withdrawal service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (GMT+8).

 

Recommendations

● Prior to this bank system upgrade, please allow sufficient time to complete necessary fund transfers and trading arrangements in advance.

● The actual restoration time may be adjusted based on project progress. We will issue a notification upon completion of the bank system upgrade. Please refer to subsequent announcements for updates
