To enhance your trading experience and improve system stability, PantherTrade will be discontinuing its Android app service starting Monday, June 16, 2025 at 16:30 (GMT+8) and is expected to launch the web platform at 16:30 (GMT+8) on June 22, 2025. Below are the key details:

Upgrade Timeline

Android App Service Termination Time: June 16, 2025 at 16:30 (GMT+8)

Web Platform Launch: Estimated time is 16:30 (GMT+8) on June 22, 2025. Please refer to the official website announcement for the exact time. You will be able to access the web portal upon our upgrade completion. Your UID and login password will remain unchanged.

Key Information to note:

1. Unfilled Trading Orders: Will be automatically cancelled on June 16, 2025 at 16:30 (GMT+8). No new trading instructions will be accepted until the trading platform resumes after migration.

2. Deposit & Withdrawal Arrangements:

1. Uncompleted withdrawal orders: Any withdrawal orders not completed by 16:00 (GMT+8) on June 16, 2025, will be automatically cancelled.
2. Uncompleted deposit orders: Any deposit orders not completed by 16:00 (GMT+8) on June 16, 2025, will be processed in chronological order after the web platform launch.
3. Wallet addresses pending verification: The termination of Android services will not affect the verification process. You can check the verification status of your wallet addresses on the web platform.
