Important Announcement: PantherTrade System Upgrade (20260519)

Dear PantherTrade Users,

To continuously enhance platform stability and optimize the overall trading experience, PantherTrade will conduct a system optimization and upgrade on 19 May 2026.

 

System Upgrade Schedule

  • Scheduled Maintenance Period: 15:00–16:00 (GMT+8) on 19 May 2026

 

Scope of Impact

During the maintenance window, trading-related functions may experience brief interruptions or intermittent delays on several occasions (each lasting approximately 3–5 seconds). Specific impacts are as follows:

  • Order placement: Timeout notifications may occur. If a timeout is displayed, the order will not have been submitted successfully and will need to be re-entered.
  • Order cancellation / order enquiry: These functions may be momentarily unavailable, and processing times may be delayed by several seconds.
  • Market data: Market data will not be affected by this maintenance and will remain accessible as normal.

All affected functions will be restored automatically once the maintenance is complete. All other platform functions will continue to operate as normal throughout the upgrade.

 

Recommended Actions

  • We strongly recommend that users avoid placing orders, cancelling orders, making order enquiries, performing asset operations, or conducting risk-management-related actions during the maintenance window to prevent any potential disruption.
  • All functions will automatically and fully resume after the maintenance is completed, and no further separate notice will be issued

 

PantherTrade reserves the right to adjust the maintenance schedule and duration where reasonably necessary to ensure system security and stability. Should there be any adjustment to the maintenance schedule or scope of impact, we will promptly update you through our official channels.
