Panthertrade (Hong Kong) Limited (holding a Virtual Asset Trading Platform licence issued under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance, as well as Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 7 (Providing Automated Trading Services) licences issued under the Securities and Futures Ordinance) is pleased to announce that we have received our System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1® Type I and SOC 2® Type I reports following the completion of examination engagements conducted by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. The reports are for internal controls related to the custody and exchange services for digital assets offered to customers onboarded with Panthertrade (Hong Kong) Limited and Panthertrade Holdings Limited, as of April 30, 2026.
The reports obtained encompass two independent examinations — SOC 1® Type I and SOC 2® Type I — assessing controls over financial reporting and information security respectively:
SOC 1® Type I — Evaluates the design suitability of internal controls relevant to financial reporting, providing assurance to clients and their auditors that Panthertrade's controls over custody and trading operations are appropriately designed and operating effectively.
SOC 2® Type I — Evaluates the design suitability of controls relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy, confirming that our systems and infrastructure meet rigorous standards in safeguarding client assets and data.
As a Securities and Futures Commission-licensed virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong, obtaining these reports demonstrates Panthertrade's steadfast commitment to operational transparency and robust risk management. Institutional-grade controls and independent assurance form the cornerstone of building lasting trust with our clients and partners.

We will assess all requests in accordance with our internal review process and reserve the right to make final determinations on eligibility and the reasonableness of purpose, as well as the right to require applicants to execute a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and/or other legal documentation. Documents will be provided as soon as practicable following completion of all procedures and confirmation by Panthertrade.
