If your crypto deposit has not been credited to your account and the risk status is normal after manual review, you may request a refund on the deposit record page by following these steps:
1. Log in to PantherTrade Web Platform > Overview > Select crypto account > View Details > Deposits
2. Select a record > View Details > Refund
3. On address verification pop-up: It is my personal address > Next > Refund Address > Submit > Enter transaction password
